These policies are put in place to ensure fairness, professionalism, and respect for all scheduled clients.

Your session date is held for 3 days following our initial consultation. To finalize your booking, the deposit must be submitted within this timeframe. Please note that all dates are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
All sessions require a retainer to secure the session. The remaining balance must be paid as agreed. Booking retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable to other services.
If a client is late to their session, the time is deducted from their session time.
If a client arrives late, the photographer is not responsible for delivering fewer images, as the shortened session time is a result of the clients late arrival.
Communication is important. In the event of any changes, advance notice is appreciated and will be taken into consideration when rescheduling. We are happy to help you rebook your session based on our availability. Last-minute rescheduling is at the photographer’s discretion.
Rescheduling due to weather will be at the photographer’s discretion. Communication will be maintained with the client throughout the week to monitor and evaluate weather conditions.
While the booking deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation, we are happy to assist with rescheduling based on our available dates.
Clear and timely communication is essential. If a session is missed without prior notice, the booking retainer will not be transferred to a rescheduled date. In this case, a new session must be booked along with a new retainer.
